Biography
Matt Shiffler is a long time Winchester resident. He attended high school at John Handley and graduated from Shenandoah PT school. He has been practicing in private practice outpatient setting at several different clinical sites. He is well versed in foot and ankle problems and a certified running specialist. He has lived in the Winchester area for 40+ years. He has 3 children who also live locally. He is an avid outdoorsman and in the fall and winter you may find him up a tree hunting.
