Durable Medical Equipment (DME) is equipment and supplies ordered by a health care provider that can withstand repeated use.
Winchester Orthopaedics DME department is dedicated to providing a tailored medical service maintaining the continuity of care to our patients and our community. Our DME Coordinators are highly qualified Certified Athletic Trainers that work side by side with our physicians and physician assistants. Each patient will be provided with the most appropriate device for their diagnosis, condition, treatment, or post-operative protocol. We supply braces and medical devices that treat a wide range of orthopaedic conditions from osteoarthritis to sports related injuries.

What Do We Provide?
High Quality Medical Grade Devices
- Orthopaedic Braces and Slings
Including, but not limited to, osteoarthritis, ligamentous functional bracing, fracture bracing, and post operative braces

Personalized Fitting
Each device that is prescribed will be personally fitted by one of our DME coordinators to ensure proper fitting before leaving the office
Education and Instruction
Patients will receive instruction on proper application of their device for home use
Insurance Billing
The majority of prescribed braces and devices are billable to most insurance carriers
